Built to last with a 6061-T6 anodized aluminum pivot assembly, top bar and top plates. The mast, front wheel baskets and rear wheel holder are made from 304 stainless steel that is sandblasted then electrolytic treated for maximum corrosion resistance. All hardware is 304 stainless steel. The hitch spigot is custom extruded from A500 Grade C structural steel, that is sandblasted then hot dip galvanized.

We've completely eliminated hitch slop.
All racks include our proprietary steel hitch block insert. It's a solid steel cube with 1" of thread engagement that sits inside the hitch spigot with the hitch pin securely bolting into it, removing side to side sway. We also include a U-bolt hitch tightener to remove fore and aft motion. This combination completely eliminates play at the hitch, and won't strip, loosen or flog out like other methods.
